UREA DOSING SYSTEM

Ecofriendly/Nonpolluting/Environmental friendly Urea Dosing System

Whole-systems dosing of reducing agent AdBlue®/DEF, an aqueous urea solution for converting vehicle exhaust gas to a purified air. Our Dozer unit operates with two channels for AdBlue and Compressed air passage, to attain a fine spray quality to carry out the theory of atomization.

ADBLUE TANK ASSEMBLY

Urea tank act as a reservoir for AdBlue dosing. Albonair portfolio include tank assembly of different variants for vehicle application.

UREA NOZZLE INJECTOR

Our portfolio includes nozzle with different variants of pipe lengths depending upon the customer application. The two medium Nozzle is constructed with contactless passage for Air and AdBlue substances where mixing happens only at nozzle outlet.

After Treatment System

Albonair After treatment control unit integrated with the Engine controller to fetch Engine capabilities and send signals to ATS functioning.

The Air assisted urea Dosing system

Air oil separator filter Cartridge separates the oil and dust particles from the compressed air in the vehicle before mixing with urea for efficient atomization.
